Mike has more 21 years of public accounting experience and has a passion for building relationships with small and medium sized businesses and individual clients while helping them reach their financial goals.

Mike has valuable experience serving clients in several industries including healthcare, natural resources, real estate, construction, equine, and high wealth individuals.

Gina Whitis
Gina WhitisManager of Accounting and Financial Outsourcing
Gina has more than 17 years of accounting experience, including 10 years of management and controllership. In her previous roles, Gina implemented collections policy, established online time collection for processing payroll, and developed and implemented online work flow processes for clients with numerous locations. Her experience includes acting as project lead on an initiative to streamline the accounting policies and procedures manual in conjunction with the implementation of a new billing system.

Gina has experience in many different industries, including manufacturing, property management, restaurant, travel, and nonprofit.

Sheila Beck
Sheila BeckManager of Accounting and Financial Outsourcing
Sheila has more than 20 years of experience in a national public accounting firm, a private industry entity, and a public debt Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrant. Sheila has served audit clients in several industries, implemented a regional internal compliance program, and led firmwide training classes. As controller of an oil and gas company, Sheila established policies and procedures for corporate general accounting and was responsible for consolidations of multi-state
subsidiaries, all facets of the financial and management reporting processes, and compliance with standards governing a highly regulated and complex industry. She also has experience in formalizing, documenting, and testing internal controls and transitioning privately-held organizations to public SEC registrants.

Sheila has experience in a variety of industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, restaurant, retail, nonprofit entities, and educational institutions, as well as working with high net worth individuals and small businesses.
